What records can I access? In Sauk County, the index of real estate documents recorded and document images beginning on January 1, 1987 are available.

What equipment do I need? For technical requirements, click here.

What are the fees? Cost of this service is $200 per month, per account. User fees pay for system maintenance and software support.

How do I set up my search? As with any system, you will need to determine the best strategy for finding your information. For more suggestions on how to search using LandShark, click here.

Do I need to sign an agreement? Yes. To get a copy of the Online Access agreement that you will need to print and fill out, click Agreement.

How do I access Daily LandShark? After we receive your completed agreement, we will assign a user name and password that you can use to access Daily LandShark.

We are happy to announce that you may now use a credit card to purchase documents from LandShark. Click the image icon and you will be directed on making payment.  We do not keep any credit card information.

You may search grantor/grantee on LandShark from 1975 to the present. Legal description searches are available from 2004 to present. Certified Survey Maps (CSMs) are available online from 1962 to the present.  When searching for CSMs, you will need to change the start date to 1962.

. Book entries will range from the mid 1800s until late 1986. Once you find a document from the book, you may access from LandShark by entering the document number.
